Soon, \u017dilina will transform<\/strong> into a hub of music, culture, and entertainment. This year\u2019s Old Town Festival, taking place over three days\u2014specifically May 28\u201330, 2026<\/strong>, will bring a unique atmosphere to the city, courtesy of bands such as Billy Barman, No Name, Polemic, Buty, Vesna, and the popular Dara Rolins. <\/strong> The concerts will be complemented by interesting accompanying activities, an enticing selection of vendors, and a special program dedicated to International Children\u2019s Day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This year, for the first time, the newly established Mestsk\u00e1 kult\u00fara \u017dilina center will be organizing the three-day event. \u201cThis year will be special, as it marks the 30th anniversary of the festival. We are preparing a special program with enhanced technical support, attractive visuals, and a lineup full of major headliners. We believe that everyone will find a reason in the program to come to the city center and experience the unique atmosphere,\u201d said Lucia \u0160imo, manager of events, projects, and collaborations at Mestsk\u00e1 kult\u00fara \u017dilina.<\/p>\n

Na dvoch p\u00f3di\u00e1ch v\u00a0centre mesta \u2013 na Mari\u00e1nskom n\u00e1mest\u00ed a\u00a0N\u00e1mest\u00ed Andreja Hlinku \u2013 sa predstavia viacer\u00e9 popul\u00e1rne kapely a\u00a0interpreti. The Old Town Festival will also feature the popular opening ceremony in the form of a festive parade. During the event, visitors will find stalls selling interesting goods, seasonal craft markets, gingerbread, and a variety of refreshments throughout the city.
